By accessing or using the Organix platform, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use our platform.
1 General Applicability
All users of Organix — whether vendors or customers — are bound by these Terms and Conditions. Use of the platform implies full acceptance of these terms.
2 Vendor Onboarding and Shop Setup
- Vendors are permitted to open their own digital shop within Organix, complete with personalized branding and logo.
- Shop setup is free of charge and subject to approval based on compliance with these terms.
3 Product Standards and Packaging
- Vendors must ensure that all listed products are pure, organic, or naturally derived to the best of their knowledge.
- Packaging must be biodegradable, reusable, or recyclable in alignment with Organix's sustainability mission.
4 Verification and Traceability
- Vendors may self-declare product authenticity or request verification through Organix.
- CNIC submission is mandatory for product verification to ensure traceability and build buyer trust.
5 Taxation and Legal Compliance
- Vendors are solely responsible for all applicable taxes under local, provincial, and federal laws.
- Compliance with all legal and regulatory requirements pertaining to their business operations remains the vendor's responsibility.
6 Content and Presentation
- Vendors must upload clear, high-quality product images that meet Organix's aesthetic and technical specifications.
- Product descriptions must be written in family-friendly language, avoiding offensive, misleading, or inappropriate content.
7 Order Fulfillment and Delivery
- Vendors are responsible for timely delivery of products.
- Failure to deliver without prior intimation to the customer will be considered a violation and may result in revocation of vendor status.
8 Quality Assurance and Accountability
- Delivery of faulty, damaged, or misrepresented products will result in a negative point on the vendor's record.
- Accumulation of five (5) negative points may lead to account suspension.
- Revocation may occur if remedial action is not taken to the satisfaction of the customer.

Vendors will have access to an independent admin panel to manage:
10 Marketing and Visibility
Vendors benefit from Organix's marketing efforts at no additional cost, subject to compliance with branding guidelines.
11 Customer Indemnity and Payment Responsibility
- Organix is a platform provider and shall not be held liable for any act, omission, delay, or breach committed by an individual vendor.
- Customers agree to indemnify Organix against any claims, disputes, or losses arising from direct dealings with vendors.
- Any advance payment made directly to a vendor — in cash, bank transfer, or any other form — is the customer's sole responsibility.
12 Online Payment Facility
Organix will introduce an integrated online payment system. Customers may use this facility to pay securely once it becomes available.
13 Buyer Responsibility
Customers are advised to carefully read product descriptions, specifications, images, and vendor details before making a purchase decision. Organix is not responsible for buyer oversight or misunderstanding of product listings.
14 Policy Updates
These terms are subject to change based on statutory requirements or platform policy updates. All users will be notified of any material changes.
15 Platform Usage Guidelines
- Users must not engage in any fraudulent activities or misrepresent their identity
- Sharing of inappropriate content or engaging in harassment will result in immediate account suspension
- Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their account credentials
16 Dispute Resolution
In case of disputes between vendors and customers, Organix will act as a mediator to facilitate resolution. However, the platform's decision is advisory and users may seek legal recourse as per applicable laws.
